Administrative Logistical Support

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your team to manage the order administration and logistics for purchased fruits.
• Enter new orders and grower information into Business Central.
• Organize and oversee all transportation of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure cost-efficient planning and timely delivery.
• Work closely with colleagues across departments and vendors to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure all customs documents are prepared accurately and on time to comply with legal shipping requirements.
  
  
  
  

• Knowledgeable in logistics, preferably with experience in berries or other fruits and vegetables.
• Prior experience with logistics related to different packaging materials is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus but not essential.
