We are continuing our growth and are currently looking for a Vehicle Validation Engineer (M/F) to support one of our clients in the Automotive sector. 💻

Context & Mission Overview 🎯
-Here is a detailed overview of your responsibilities:
-Perform manual software validation tests on the vehicle for several ECUs within the FOTA project
-Re-run tests and perform retesting when anomalies are detected
-Analyze logs and collect the necessary data for investigation
-Report results in software validation tools
-Analyze bugs, follow their resolution and communicate progress
-Write processes and test designs
-Ensure technical maintenance of the first test vehicle

Skills We Are Looking For 🔍
Automotive embedded system environment, FOTA functionalities, SW integration and validation methodology, CAN, Ethernet, UDS, DoIP, Diagnostics, log analysis, bug analysis, Agile, JIRA, SILK, CodeBeamer, Spotfire, Confluence, SharePoint, Canoe Vector, CANalyser, DDT2000, INCA.

Prerequisites
-Experience in automotive embedded systems
-Strong knowledge of FOTA functionalities
-Proficiency in CAN / Ethernet / UDS / DoIP protocols
-Fluent English (project communication & documentation)

Como Consultor/a 360, serás responsable de liderar procesos completos de búsqueda y selección para distintos clientes y sectores. 🎯 ¿Qué harás en el día a día?

• Reunirte con clientes para levantar perfiles y asesorarlos en su estrategia de talento.
• Diseñar e implementar estrategias de búsqueda (hunting, LinkedIn, red de contactos, etc.).
• Entrevistar candidatos, evaluar habilidades y redactar informes ejecutivos.
• Presentar shortlists y acompañar al cliente en la toma de decisión.
• Hacer seguimiento a candidatos y garantizar una gran experiencia durante todo el proceso.
• Identificar nuevas oportunidades comerciales y fortalecer relaciones con clientes actuales.

As a Jr. QA Engineer, you'll get to:

• Design, execute, and automate test cases to validate system functionality.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using issue management tools.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage for new features and system enhancements.
• Work closely with development teams to reproduce, analyze, and resolve detected issues.

If you want this position to be yours, here is what we are looking for in a candidate:

• Engineering degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in English (fluent spoken and excellent written). Chinese knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience in programming language Java.
• Knowledge or experience in programming language Python.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Have a driven and result oriented personality.
• Have good communication skills.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
