This Position reports to:

Service Operations Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead FAT, installation, commissioning, testing, and handover activities on-site, acting as the single point of contact for the customer. Each day, you will manage on-site presence throughout the project, ensuring coordination and smooth execution of all work activities. You will also showcase your expertise by planning, scheduling, and coordinating service resources based on guidelines.

The work model for the role is:

This role is contributing to the Electrification Services – Service Execution (Spain). Main stakeholders are Key clients, subcontractors, project managers, and field service engineers.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Managing installation and commissioning activities for low and medium voltage systems.
• Leading coordination with subcontractors and internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Handling technical and economic follow-up of projects, including cost control and closure.
• Building strong relationships with high-level clients to ensure satisfaction and continuity.
  
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• You have proven experience as Site Manager in low and medium voltage electrical installations.
• You have an Engineering Degree (Electrical or similar).
• You hold or are working toward Project Management certification (desirable PMP®).
• You are fluent in Spanish and English (C2 minimum).
• You are highly skilled in interpreting and verifying power and control electrical schematics.
• You are confident leading internal teams and subcontractors on complex sites.
• You are proficient with CAD tools and familiar with project execution tools.
