What you’ll do:

• Accuracy of budget forecasts vs. actual spending.
• Percentage improvement in cost efficiency through process optimization initiatives.
• Compliance rate with internal controls and financial accuracy.
• Reduction in material costs as a percentage of total production cost.
• Create and manage budgets, and monitor spending 
• Conduct audits on financial processes and transactions 
• Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs 
• Estimate product costs for existing and new products 
• Forecast and analyze costs of processes, labor and inventory 
• Suggest cost-reducing or profitable solutions 
• Conduct market research to support future business planning 

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience in cost & business analysis, financial reporting, or a similar role in a manufacturing setting
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage large datasets
• Proficient in financial modeling and with SAP.
• High proficiency in English and Spanish is required to manage meetings, presentations, and cross-functional communications.
