We’re Hiring: European Business Development Manager | Luxe Aquatics

Location: Sotogrande office and surrounding areas.

At Luxe Aquatics, we design and deliver some of the world’s most elegant, high-end aquarium installations — working with leading interior designers, architects, developers, and private clients across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to help scale the brand internationally.

This is a rare opportunity to operate at the top end of the luxury market — building relationships with industry leaders, family offices, and high-net-worth clients, while driving new opportunities in key regions including Southern Spain and Monaco.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and nurturing relationships with interior designers, architects, and developers

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the UK, Europe & the Middle East

• Expanding our presence in high-value luxury markets

• Representing Luxe Aquatics with confidence and credibility at the highest level

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in luxury, interiors, architecture or high-end property

• Is confident working with HNW/UHNW clients and premium partners

• Understands the expectations, pace, and detail of the luxury sector

• Is commercially driven, well-connected (or able to become), and highly motivated

Spanish & English speaking is preferred.
