Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Travel Consultant located in Estepona. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with designing trips for clients, closing sales, managing and organizing travel itineraries, customer service, taking reservations, and providing excellent client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Spanish, Portuguese and Moroccan destinations.
• Exceptional skills on the phone in English. Must be personable and friendly. Please abstain if you cannot hold a conversation in English fluently on the phone.
• Ability to quickly identify client needs and preferences on a phone call and from an email while providing outstanding recommendations and options for their trip.
• Detail oriented and organized, with excellent time management
• Exceptional communication skills, ability to write a professional email in English with correct grammar and spelling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Prior experience in the travel industry and proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish is a must
• A degree or certification in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is required.
