Azure Platform Engineering

• Enhance and evolve the organization's Azure platform capabilities.
• Contribute to the evolution of Azure Landing Zones and cloud platform architecture.
• Define and implement governance standards across Azure environments.
• Improve subscription management, RBAC models, policies and operational guardrails.
• Promote platform consistency, scalability and security best practices.

Infrastructure as Code & Automation

• Design, develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules.
• Establish Infrastructure as Code standards and engineering patterns.
• Build scalable and automated infrastructure provisioning solutions.
• Drive platform standardization through automation and reusable components.
• Reduce manual operational effort through self-service capabilities.

Self-Service Platform Development

• Build platform products and services consumed by engineering and product teams.
• Create reusable infrastructure patterns that can be adopted at scale.
• Improve developer enablement and cloud adoption through automation.
• Contribute to internal cloud product offerings and service catalogs.

CI/CD & DevOps Practices

• Develop and maintain infrastructure deployment pipelines.
• Work with GitHub Actions and modern CI/CD practices.
• Support automated testing, deployment and platform lifecycle management.
• Promote engineering excellence and automation-first approaches.

Security & Compliance

• Embed security-by-design principles into platform solutions.
• Support compliance requirements within cloud environments.
• Implement governance controls and automated policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with security stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate standards.

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

• Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, Platform and Product teams.
• Act as a trusted technical partner for cloud-related initiatives.
• Present solutions, explain technical concepts and support platform adoption.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

Essential Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure at least 6 years.
• Advanced experience with Terraform.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining reusable Terraform modules.
• Solid expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with:
  • Azure Landing Zones
  • Azure Governance
  • Azure Policy
  • RBAC
  • Management Groups
  • Subscription Architecture
• Experience implementing cloud automation and self-service solutions.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure deployment processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical teams.
• Professional level of English.

Desirable Experience

• GitHub Actions.
• Platform Engineering environments.
• Kubernetes and container technologies.
• PowerShell, Bash or Python scripting.
• Experience within regulated or compliance-driven organizations.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2 or similar frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud platform modernization initiatives.

After 12 months, the successful candidate will have:
