Tu reto
Coordinarás proyectos digitales orientados al ámbito sanitario, trabajando con equipos técnicos internos y externos. Participarás en la toma de decisiones estratégicas sobre recursos, tiempos y tecnologías, asegurando la calidad y eficiencia de cada iniciativa.
Perfil que buscamos
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos digitales con metodologías ágiles y Waterfall
- Capacidad para entender requerimientos técnicos, estimar tiempos y decidir recursos
- Dominio de herramientas como Jira y Confluence
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas para tratar con clientes no técnicos
- Experiencia en el sector salud será valorada positivamente
- Inglés fluido.
Tecnologías con las que podrías trabajar
- Frontend: React, Next.js
- Backend: Node.js, NestJS, PHP (Laravel)
- Bases de datos: MySQL, MongoDB
- DevOps: Docker
- Arquitecturas: Hexagonal, DDD (no imprescindibles, pero valorables)

Buscamos Service Manager - Torre de control IT - (Inglés alto/ITIL)
Econocom Servicios busca de un Service Manager en Madrid para gestionar un servicio de torre de control 24x7, sobre una plataforma tecnológica de carácter internacional.
Como Service Manager tu función principal será la de garantizar la operativa diaria dirigiendo el servicio en todas sus dimensiones: gestión del equipo, cliente y cuenta.
¿Qué requisitos deberías cumplir?
- Dominio de inglés para interactuar en un entorno internacional.
- Experiencia en servicios operativos, MCR y entornos 24x7, habituado a la gestión de incidentes críticos, procesos de gestión de problemas y metodología Itil.
- Habituado a entornos críticos y la monitorización y los modelos de operación basados en plataformas tecnológicas cloud (Devops).
- Experiencia en la gestión de equipos en turnos 24x7.
- Habilidades interpersonales para gestionar la comunicación interna de los equipos y con cliente.
Es por ese motivo que debes tener:
-Experiencia en la monitorización de servicios, aseguramiento de escalados, priorización de tareas basadas en su criticidad,...
-Cocimientos en ITIL aplicados en operativa de servicios similares, herramientas ITSM y de monitorización (Datadog).
-Conocimientos en la gestión y monitoreo de tecnologías cloud y metodologías Itil.
-Experiencia en la generación de reportes periódicos.
¿Cómo será tu día a día como Service Manager en Econocom Servicios?
Debes tener en cuenta que todos formamos un solo equipo: Te acompañaremos, ya que tu éxito, será el de todos:
-Ser el principal contacto con el cliente para resolver: incidencias o peticiones críticas, tickets no resueltos, gestión de cambios, y detectar y solucionar las incidencias reiteradas (problemas), así como discriminar las tareas no incluidas en el alcance de servicio.
-Elaboración de informes de manera continua y implementar mejoras.
-Seguir la rentabilidad del servicio, ejerciendo control entre los servicios contratados y su correcta facturación y detectando diferentes situaciones con el cliente para su ajuste y facturación.
-Detectar nuevas necesidades de cliente e iniciar la valoración técnico comercial de posible crecimiento del servicio.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Lead DevOps Software Engineer to bridge full-stack software development with infrastructure-level systems engineering.
You'll architect and maintain the software–hardware interface that underpins our distributed connectivity network, ranging from backend systems and APIs to network telemetry, monitoring, and automation pipelines that operate at the edge.
Experience in telecommunications, networking, or IoT systems is a plus, but not required.
What matters most is your ability to think holistically, from low-level device data to high-level cloud orchestration.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end platform development: Design and build scalable web and backend systems that integrate with physical network devices, telemetry, and edge data streams.
- Infrastructure automation: Lead CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and container orchestration across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
- System reliability & observability: Build tools for monitoring uptime, latency, and data integrity across distributed deployments.
- Edge-to-cloud pipelines: Design robust data pipelines and synchronization frameworks between hardware telemetry and application services.
- Cross-layer collaboration: Work closely with network and hardware engineers to ensure software interfaces seamlessly with routers, access points, and local gateways.
