You will work in a diverse environment in close cooperation with various business units, and both internal and external clients.
This role can be based in Zürich or Madrid.
What You Will Do
- design and the internal IT landscape with special focus on Windows
- deploy and configure software, and network components
- work closely together with internal customers to ensure proper operations and further development of the system, as well as collaborate with other teams (e.g. Operating Systems, Databases, Security)
- identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and reliability
- propose and implement improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency
- proven experience with Windows operating system as well as SCCM/SCOM
- good experience with Automation (PowerShell) and Security topics (Vulnerabilities, SCB, Patching, Microsoft defender)
- effective communication and collaboration abilities
- experience working in Financial / Trading sector would be a plus
- very good verbal and written English (and some German or Spanish as an advantage)

Nuestro cliente, una empresa especializada en la prestación de servicios convergentes e integrales de comunicaciones y cloud para empresas, busca un System Administrador que se ocupará de la interacción con la área técnica de Soporte, con la de infraestructura (Redes, virtualización y almacenamiento) y el área comercial.
Funciones:
- Gestión y resolución de tickets de incidencias a través del software ITSM con interacción a través de respuestas escritas.
- Resolución de alarmas.
- Apoyo y soporte al equipo de Soporte de Nivel1 y al resto de compañeros, en ocasiones a través de videoconferencia.
- Apoyo al equipo de infraestructura, detectando posibles incidencias y mejoras.
- Entrada en turno de Guardias del Departamento a corto plazo.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años.
