Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Madrid or Barcelona for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will engage directly with prospects and clients to identify their needs and propose tailored solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client presentations, negotiating contracts, providing product training, and maintaining strong post-sale customer relationships. Collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales goals is also key to this role.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop leads, close deals, and meet targets
  • Experience with Training to guide clients on product usage and optimize their experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in IT service management solutions is a plus
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English is required
