Your position

In this position, you will play a key role in shaping how we engage with employees, customers, and external stakeholders across the region. You’ll lead initiatives that drive awareness, alignment, and engagement — from campaigns and content to events and key initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across various departments and countries, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to bring messages to life. You will join an international, creative, and agile team where ownership, innovation, and collaboration are lived and valued every day. In this role you’ll travel within Europe for approx. 20% of your working time.

Your tasks

• Developing and implementing regional internal communication campaigns that connect and engage employees
• Creating B2B marketing and customer communication materials, including copy, visuals, videos, and social media content
• Designing and executing customer journeys and CRM campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys
• Coordinating international trade fairs and customer events from planning to on-site execution, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives
• Managing diverse projects and stakeholders, working in close alignment with global and regional teams

Your profile

• Several years of relevant experience in Marketing & Communications, ideally in an international, industrial and/or B2B context
• Practical knowledge of CRM/marketing automation tools as well as digital tools and AI-based applications
• Proven track record of developing and delivering successful communication/marketing campaigns /initiatives, with a clear focus on measurable impact and results
• Excellent storytelling and content‑creation skills (e.g. Canva, video tools, CMS) as well as internal communication capabilities
• Excellent project, event and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, collaborative, and hands‑on mindset

Languages: English – fluent; German or other European languages are an asset

Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys
