At SD Worx, we’ve recently refreshed our brand and now we’re looking for a talented Brand Designer to help us bring it to life every day. You’ll be at the heart of shaping and applying our brand across all touch points, ensuring creativity, clarity, and impact.
What You’ll Do
As our Brand Designer, you’ll:
- Own the visual expression of the SD Worx brand, ensuring alignment with our guidelines across campaigns, channels, and markets.
- Collaborate with the Art Director on upcoming projects to further refine and scale our brand.
- Lead the rollout and ongoing management of our new digital asset management (DAM) platform, building the asset library and supporting templating features.
- Design a wide range of brand materials from presentations, digital and print assets, and event visuals to internal communications and marketing collateral.
- Evolve our visual identity with scalable solutions that keep the brand consistent while allowing it to grow.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, external agencies) to ensure a unified brand experience in every interaction.
- Develop brand playbooks, toolkits, and templates, making it simple for teams worldwide to apply our brand correctly.
- Create clear guidelines for photography and video use to keep our look and feel consistent.
- Support campaigns by designing assets for social media, web, and print.
- Collaborate with external photographers, videographers, and agencies when needed.
- Check the quality and consistency of branded materials produced by other teams.
- Experiment with new formats (motion, infographics, short animations) to keep the brand fresh.
- Work with the motion team to further define our brand motion personality.
- A proven Brand Designer with experience managing and applying visual identity systems.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Advantageous Figma skills
- A sharp eye for typography, photography, and layout, with the ability to adapt design work to different formats and audiences.
- Experience working with DAM systems, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills you enjoy partnering with colleagues and guiding others on how to best use the brand.
- A proactive mindset: you spot opportunities to improve, simplify, and elevate our brand presence.
