Profile sought

We are seeking a candidate with a PhD in Life Sciences, who is interested in participating in the management and follow-up of external collaborations in an international environment. Prior experience in industry settings is not essential, but we value motivation, curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.

Must-have requirements

PhD in life sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related fields).

Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Scientific judgement, critical thinking and autonomy.

We value

Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

Research experience in biopharmaceutical or healthcare fields, especially in oncology and inflammation.

Knowledge of experimental development in cellular models and animal models.

Experience in R&D project management and in international collaboration.

Prior interaction with CROs/CDMOs or other external collaborations.

Familiarity with different AI models and their practical uses.

Strong organization skills and efficient prioritization across multiple projects.

Additional languages beyond English and Spanish.

Experience in R&D projects or international collaborations.

Key responsibilities

Support the management and monitoring of R&D projects.

Manage relationships with international providers and partners.

Act as a bridge between the scientific team and the management of outsourced activities.

Contribute to the preparation of project and funding applications.
