What You’ll Do:
- Build fault-tolerant, horizontally scalable solutions running in multi-tenant environments

What are we looking for:
We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join the engineering team with outstanding software development talent proven by great work results/experience. Somebody that cares about code quality and not just get things done, but get things done right.
If you're smart, have great energy, can't think about a system without a CI/CD pipeline and you want to thrive in a fast paced environment, we are in sync.
What would you do at Fever?
On your first month in Fever:
- You will be fully integrated into the team. You will participate in plannings, groomings and retrospectives of the team, and you will have met the departments of Fever.
- You will get familiar with Fever’s tech stack: frameworks used to develop our applications, CI/CD workflows and infrastructure that support our operations.
- You will have lots of Pull Requests merged and running in production.
- You will attend some of the Fever Original’s experiences like Candlelight.
- You will be able to come up with solutions to new difficult problems, defining the solution from the architecture design to its implementation.
- You will continue creating production grade Java code designed to handle high levels of traffic, measuring the outcome of the functionalities and improving the product.
- You will participate in some of the hackdays or hackathons we organise with other teams, and you will mostly know everybody from engineering.
- You will have responsibilities over different parts of the systems, analysing the usage from the users and evolving the platform to meet the user’s needs.
- You will have participated in the launch of one of our microservices
- You will participate in some of the team buildings we organise for your team or the whole engineering team.
Must have skills:
- Strong knowledge on good practices, testing and design patterns
- You are proficient in business English
- You know how to deliver code from development to production
- Experience with RESTful APIs (implementation and consumption)
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL

The Opportunity:
We are seeking two Engineering Managers to lead their team's through people and technical leadership with a dedication to mentorship, knowledge sharing, cultivating belonging, and collaboration. Ingeniero/a de Soluciones de Datos Full Stack
Serás responsable de traducir los requisitos del negocio en especificaciones técnicas.
Diseñarás e implementarás arquitecturas de datos, modelos y flujos de datos con la integración de tecnologías relacionales y Big Data.
Implementarás aplicaciones, APIs y servicios para generar, almacenar y consultar los datos.
Te encargarás de la evolución tecnológica de la solución de datos definiendo componentes.
Te encargarás del desarrollo de principio a fin de las funcionalidades incluidas en las especificaciones para asegurar la entrega de la solución.
Serás responsable de monitorizar los lanzamientos definidos bajo los principios Agile.
Deberías tener un perfil de Arquitecto/a de Soluciones y Desarrollador/a Full Stack, siendo un/a apasionado/a de la tecnología y los datos. Muestras iniciativa y eres proactivo/a, un/a buen/a trabajador/a en equipo y con ganas de seguir aprendiendo e innovando cada día. Tú, mejor que nadie, entiendes y aprecias la importancia de comunicar insights e historias a través de los datos.
Tu perfil
Tienes una licenciatura en Telecomunicaciones, Informática o Ingeniería, y al menos 5 años de experiencia en un puesto similar, preferiblemente dentro de la industria de TI y/o consultoría, con disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad HÍBRIDA desde Madrid.
