The Reform Studio is a boutique Pilates & Strength space in the heart of Cabanyal — and we’re currently looking for part-time coaches to lead small group strength and functional classes (max. 5 people per session).

This is a part-time and substitute role — we’ve only recently launched our group classes, so there are limited hours to start, but we will be adding more classes over the next months as we grow our member base.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running small group full-body functional training sessions (max. 5 people)
• Coaching clients of all levels and ages, with close attention to form, technique, and progressions
• Using a variety of equipment: dumbbells, bars, TRX, cable machine (with lots of accessories), benches, resistance bands, and bodyweight
• Creating a friendly, motivating and safe environment that supports consistency and community

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Certified or experienced trainers with a strong base in functional fitness
• Someone available for a few fixed hours per week and willing to substitute occasionally
• Spanish or English fluency — both are a bonus!
• Positive, encouraging energy and strong group management skills
• An interest in building long-term connections with a local wellness community
