Your Role & Responsibilities

• Support data analysis for consultancy projects: collecting, cleaning, visualizing, and interpreting information.
• Draft reports and insights that serve as the backbone for client and internal decision-making.
• Get hands-on with product development, collaborating on definition, validation, and testing.
• Gather and document functional requirements alongside stakeholders, translating business needs into concrete, actionable criteria.
• Help prioritize the backlog and write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Map out and structure internal processes, including as-is / to-be mapping when needed.
  
  
  

• Final-year students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Solid command of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Bonus points for experience or knowledge in Power BI and SQL.
• Analytical mindset, sharp attention to detail, and a results-driven attitude.
• Structured thinking: You can navigate ambiguity by asking the right questions.
• Proactive tech learner: Youre comfortable in agile environments where AI is part of the daily workflow.
• Strong communication skills: You can synthesize complex info into clear, written takeaways.
• Self-organized: Youre effective at working remotely and managing your own time.

Business Analysis

• Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements
• Ensure requirements focus on business needs rather than predefined solutions
• Support prioritisation and alignment of requirements with delivery teams
• Obtain stakeholder agreement on documented requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
• Support developers and testers through handovers and clarification sessions
• Assist testing activities (SIT, UAT) and support defect investigation
• Contribute to user documentation and knowledge transfer

• Analyse data required to support business requirements and assess feasibility using available data
• Understand how data is generated and used across business processes and source systems
• Apply existing KPIs definitions consistently across reports and datasets
• Identify data gaps or quality issues and escalate appropriately

• Contribute to AI/automation initiatives by documenting as-is processes and identifying improvement opportunities
• Review emerging recruitment AI solutions against Page Group's framework to inform adoption decisions and future roadmap thinking

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements.
• Translate business objectives into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate discussions to align stakeholders on priorities, scope, and user stories.
• Support backlog prioritization based on value, impact, and strategic goals.
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and support their implementation.
• Assist in defining and maintaining Lean-Agile metrics and KPIs to enable continuous improvement and transparent reporting.
• Identify and document potential risks within the product area and propose countermeasures in collaboration with relevant departments (e.g., Legal, Data Privacy).
• Ensure product operations meet customer needs and that new requirements are smoothly integrated into ongoing development.
• Promote a data-driven mindset by enabling stakeholders and team members to access, analyze, and leverage user data.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst working in agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with web and user behavior analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar, with a solid understanding of data layers.
• Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools, such as Google Looker Studio.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
