En Torres Servicios Técnicos (TST) ofrecemos soluciones temporales de climatización, potencia eléctrica, iluminación, ventilación y secado de obras para constructoras, industria, ingenierías, sector eventos y AAPP en todo el territorio nacional.
Buscamos un/a Director/a Comercial para liderar la estrategia, el equipo y el crecimiento de ventas/alquileres a nivel nacional.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Supervisión diaria de las tareas del Equipo Comercial.
- Planificación anual (análisis empresa/mercado/competencia, DAFO, definición de estrategias, objetivos cuantitativos y cualitativos, plan de acción y previsión económica) junto con Dirección.
- Informes trimestrales de resultados vs. plan, conclusiones y acciones correctivas para Dirección.
- Reunión semanal con el equipo: protocolos, planificación de visitas, seguimiento de ofertas y formación.
- Plan de formación individualizada para cada comercial.
- Detección de nichos y oportunidades por producto/sector.
- Supervisión de presupuestos > 5.000 € antes de su envío.
- Fidelización de cuentas clave.
- Asistencia a ferias, conferencias y eventos.
- Revisión mensual de facturación por comercial y propuestas de mejora (formación, motivación, clima y performance).
Requisitos Mínimos/Formación
- Grado/Licenciatura en Ingeniería, ADE, CC. Empresariales, Marketing, RRPP o similar.
- Disponibilidad para viajar entre 5 y 15 días/mes.
- Disponibilidad horaria con atención telefónica al cliente y al Equipo Comercial.
- Inglés B2 mínimo (certificado o demostrable en conversación).
- Excel nivel medio/alto.
- Experiencia en manejo y análisis de datos.
- Carnet de conducir B1.

- Experiencia en industrial, construcción o eventos.
- Formación en técnicas de venta y gestión/motivación de equipos.
- ≥ 4 años en posición similar.
- Cartera de clientes aportada.
¿Qué ofrecemos?

The Challenge Ahead

As an SDR, you will be collaborating with our international team of 40 sales professionals located across Europe and the Americas, your primary responsibility will be connecting with clients globally and showcasing the value proposition of our AI business communications solution.

El rol proporcionará apoyo integral al equipo de ventas de Iberia, asegurando la gestión eficiente de las tareas diarias del equipo comercial. RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:
- Seguimiento y actualización de los servicios de pedidos programación y de reposición, así como notificación a los clientes sobre cancelaciones de productos, cambios en las fechas de entrega, listas de precios, códigos EAN, entre otros.
- Punto de contacto con el departamento de Administración para solicitar toda la información necesaria en la tramitación de cambios en la entidad legal, nuevas aperturas, contratos comerciales, etc.
- Gestión de devoluciones e incidencias en coordinación con el departamento de Devoluciones.
- Revisión y confirmación a los clientes estratégicos de los pedidos recibidos, incluyendo fechas de pedido, valores, precios, entre otros detalles.
- Envío de información actualizada a los clientes estratégicos acerca de la cartera de pedidos, estado, fechas previstas de entrega y cancelaciones.
- Coordinador comercial en relación a la monitorización, control y comunicación a los clientes sobre las políticas de empresa.
- Análisis y propuesta de oportunidades adicionales de venta basadas en la disponibilidad de stock en coordinación con el equipo de planificación.
- Envío de materiales de campaña a los clientes estratégicos, tales como información de productos, tarifas, composiciones, imágenes, etc.
- Apoyo al equipo de ventas en la atención al cliente, incluyendo la preparación de surtidos, propuestas de compra, y el seguimiento de campañas y promociones específicas.
- Seguimiento y análisis mensual de la base de clientes para proporcionar informes a los equipos de Ventas y Planificación de Ventas, identificando modelos y tendencias clave.
- Supervisión de las acciones de marketing en el punto de venta (PDV), escaparatismo, visual merchandising y cualquier otra solicitud proveniente de los equipos de Retail y Trade Marketing.
- Recopilación de datos, análisis de tendencias del mercado y preparación de informes detallados.

The role will provide end-to-end support to the Iberia sales team, ensuring the efficient management of the day-to-day tasks of the commercial team. This includes ensuring that orders are processed and delivered on time, that sales materials are prepared and ready for campaigns, and that commercial policies and documentation are kept up to date. In addition, the day-to-day activities of the sales team will be monitored and supported, providing support in resolving issues and optimising processes. Ongoing training will be provided, allowing you to gain an in-depth understanding of the workings of a sales department in a leading sporting goods brand, with opportunities to actively contribute to the success of the team.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Tracking and updating order scheduling and replenishment services, as well as notifying customers of product cancellations, changes in delivery dates, price lists, EAN codes, among others.
- Point of contact with the Administration Department to request all the necessary information for processing changes in the legal entity, new openings, commercial contracts, etc.
- Management of returns and incidents in coordination with the Returns department.
- Review and confirmation to strategic customers of orders received, including order dates, values, prices, among other details.
- Sending updated information to strategic customers on order backlog, status, expected delivery dates and cancellations.
- Sales coordinator in relation to monitoring, control and communication to customers on company policies.
- Analysis and proposal of additional sales opportunities based on stock availability in coordination with the planning team.
- Sending campaign materials to strategic customers, such as product information, price lists, layouts, images, etc.
- Supporting the sales team in customer service, including preparation of assortments, purchase proposals, and follow-up of specific campaigns and promotions.
- Monthly monitoring and analysis of the customer base to provide reports to the Sales and Sales Planning teams, identifying key patterns and trends.
- Monitoring of POS marketing actions, window dressing, visual merchandising and any other requests from the Retail and Trade Marketing teams.
- Collecting data, analysing market trends and preparing detailed reports.
- Education: Studies in Administration, Commerce, Sales, Marketing or similar areas.
- Languages: Medium-high level of English.
- Good oral and written expression, both for customer service and for writing reports and emails.
