Seleccionamos Gerente de Desarrollo de Negocio

Con reporte a Dirección General el puesto tiene la misión de liderar el negocio para alcanzar el crecimiento de ventas y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros y de servicio.

Responsabilidades y funciones:

1. Desarrollo y gestión comercial

• Definir el plan de ventas para la unidad en la zona centro
• Establecer alianzas y relaciones comerciales.
• Analizar licitaciones y requisitos técnicos o legales.
• Coordinar la preparación de propuestas técnico-económicas competitivas.
• Realizar seguimiento del proceso de ofertas hasta su adjudicación.

2. Planificación y supervisión de proyectos

• Coordinar con el área técnica el diseño de propuestas y planes de ejecución.
• Supervisar la ejecución de los proyectos.
• Controlar indicadores clave y gestionar cambios en alcance o requerimientos.

3. Gestión de equipos y recursos

• Liderar y coordinar equipos fomentando la colaboración y el logro de objetivos.
• Asignar y optimizar recursos humanos y materiales.
• Evaluar y gestionar la contratación de recursos externos cuando sea necesario.

Requisitos

Formación: Ingeniería Industrial, Eléctrica, Mecánica, Electrónica.

Experiencia Profesional:

Más de 3 años de experiencia en posiciones con responsabilidad en la gestión y el desarrollo de negocio de servicios y proyectos de instalación y mantenimiento de sistemas de seguridad B2B, así como en infraestructuras críticas tanto del sector público como privado.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

• Normativas y procesos de licitaciones públicas y privadas.
• Herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Beta10, MS Project, o equivalentes).
• Conocimientos técnicos en sistemas de videovigilancia, control de accesos, alarmas, PCI, y otras soluciones de seguridad.
