The Role
A rapidly scaling European innovator in the EV charging sector is seeking a commercially driven Business Development / Area Manager to take full ownership of a defined region in Spain.
Reporting into the Sales team, you will act as the driving force behind regional commercial growth. Your mission is clear: expand market presence, win new business, and accelerate revenue.
This is a field-based position requiring frequent travel across Spain and close collaboration with HQ (2-4 visits per year.)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through structured prospecting and targeted commercial initiatives
- Develop and execute a clear territory growth strategy
- Promote innovative EV charging solutions and new product launches
- Drive commercial campaigns and promotional activities
- Own the full sales cycle from negotiation through closing
- Negotiate pricing within defined frameworks to secure profitable agreements
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support continuous improvement
- Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings across France
About You
- Strong background in business development and B2B sales
- Solid knowledge of EV charging, electrical systems, or related energy technologies
- Able to translate technical products into clear customer value
- Proven negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset
- Structured approach to pipeline management and sales performance
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and comfortable owning a territory
- English proficiency preferred
