What You’ll Do:- Be the go-to technical expert for our regional sales teams and customers.
- Own and resolve service requests—analyzing, troubleshooting, and solving complex technical issues.
- Deliver hands-on support: from system maintenance and upgrades to installations and fault resolution.
- Represent customer needs internally, collaborating with R&D, product, and service teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Keep our CRM data up to date, reflecting real-time case status and service activity.
- Work closely with international support teams, contributing to process optimization, tool usage, and documentation standards.
- Ensure we meet and exceed our commercial support obligations—every customer, every time.
- Proven experience in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role.
- A curious mind and an “outside-the-box” approach to solving problems.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver impactful technical presentations and trainings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or another technical field.
- Advanced business-level English (written and spoken) – essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st/2nd level support for user issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS (XP–10), MS Office, Cisco Jabber, and basic Mac systems.
- Support and maintain hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Diagnose network and connectivity issues using standard tools.
- Perform preventive maintenance and hardware repairs.
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
