- Variation Order & Claim process for both Customer and main suppliers
- Serve as the main point of contact for the customer, ensuring transparent and proactive communication.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical, contractual, and operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal processes, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate FAT, SAT, testing phases, and final commissioning.
- Prepare regular progress reports, milestone tracking, financial updates, and KPIs.

Knowledge and Experience:
- Technical Engineer or Bachelor of Engineering
- Project Management experience for Medium Voltage Solutions, MV Equipment’s, turnkey plants.
- Requested Solid understanding of electrical distribution
- Requested Strong knowledge of contract management (scope, variations, claims).
- Valuable knowledge and experience in execution of MV / LV electrical installations
- Valuable knowledge in cooling systems, UPS and monitoring systems (BMS/DCIM).
- Valuable experience in Datacenter applications.
- Valuable experience with MS Project or other project planning tools
- Valuable PMI Certification
- Requested Professional level of English (able to lead meetings and handle technical documentation

Our client are seeking a highly experienced Senior Workday Project Manager to lead a critical Workday HCM deployment.
You will be the driving force behind the end-to-end implementation of Workday.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Management:
Lead the Workday Greenfield deployment from planning and design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support utilizing standard Workday deployment methodologies.
Functional Leadership
Act as the functional expert for Workday HCM and Talent Management, guiding process design decisions and best practices.
Risk & Scope Management
Proactively identify project risks, manage scope changes, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Change Management Support
Collaborate with change management teams to ensure a smooth transition, driving user adoption and readiness.
Qualifications
Senior-level experience in managing complex Workday deployments, with a proven track record of successfully leading implementations.
Required Skills
Core Workday Expertise:
Mandatory, proven hands-on deployment experience and deep functional knowledge of Workday HCM and Workday Talent Management.
Project Management Mastery
Strong command of hybrid project management methodologies and the standard Workday deployment methodology, with the ability to manage strict timelines and cross-functional teams.
Communication Skills
