About The Role:
- Lead one of the team verticals, including defining the strategy, refining KPIs, managing a multidisciplinary team and being responsible for the execution

- Define and support the strategy of your vertical and the scalability of the projects

As a Junior Project Manager , you will be joining a highly motivated and proactive team, working on multidisciplinary projects delivered across several geographies, with the potential to grow and thrive. Nuestro viaje comenzó con Baldoria, un restaurante que no tardó en enamorar a Madrid y que pronto fue reconocido por su propuesta única: en 2025 hemos alcanzado el 2º puesto como Mejor Pizzería de Europa, 1º en España y 1º en Madrid según 50 Top Pizza. Un orgullo que nos impulsa a seguir creciendo.
Después de ese éxito, dimos vida a Beata Pasta, una trattoria moderna y descarada que reinventa lo clásico: pasta fresca hecha cada día, tradición italiana reinterpretada con energía joven, creatividad y un ritmo vibrante.
Hoy, apenas unos años después, nuestro grupo ya cuenta con 5 Beata Pasta y 1 Baldoria, y seguimos creciendo sin parar . Cada nueva apertura es un capítulo más de esta aventura gastronómica que estamos escribiendo juntos.

Queremos a un@ profesional con varios años de experiencia en compras, logística y operaciones de alimentos y bebidas dentro de la restauración, alguien que entienda tanto la parte estratégica como la importancia de los pequeños detalles en el día a día. Una persona capaz de negociar con proveedores, cuidar los márgenes y al mismo tiempo crear propuestas innovadoras que sorprendan a nuestros clientes.
El rol tiene mucho de colaboración: trabajarás mano a mano con nuestro Chef Ejecutivo y con el/la F&B Specialist para diseñar menús, analizar tendencias gastronómicas, incorporar productos de temporada y garantizar que cada plato y cada bebida cumplan con nuestros estándares de calidad. También estarás en contacto con Marketing y Finanzas, conectando la creatividad de la cocina con la visión de negocio.

El/la profesional de soporte VIP estará integrado/a en el equipo del Servicio de Soporte Nivel 1 de CAU Ofimática que prestamos actualmente en Banco de España, realizando funciones de soporte prioritario VIP para el Gobernador y alta administración del Banco de España y en su defecto, realizando las funciones de soporte habituales que se realizan en el equipo actual de CAU Ofimática Idiomas que son necesarios para desempeñar su trabajo: Debe de tener mínimo B1 pero que sea capaz de mantener una pequeña conversación. El cliente validará éste nivel con el candidato mediante entrevista con él/ella

Se hacen turnos de 8 horas entre las 7:00 y las 20:00 y
hay guardias remuneradas por si hay alguna incidencia fuera de ése horario que atender al teléfono
Turno 1 / de 7:00 a 15:00
Turno 2/ de 8:00 a 17:00
Turno 3/ de 11:00 am a 20:00
Guardias telefónicas, de lunes a viernes entre las 20:00 h hasta las 07:00 h del día siguiente, festivos y fines de semana son 24 horas
Salario: 20.000€ - 23.000€b/a
