As the Director of MES Solutions, this role acts as the primary point of contact for Manufacturing Execution, co‑leading the alignment of the technology roadmap with business strategy, transformation priorities, and value creation across Sandoz Technical Operations. Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Build strong strategic business partnerships to deliver high‑quality Technology services aligned with operational and mid‑term business needs.
- Lead the definition, delivery, and performance of the Manufacturing Execution Technology project and service portfolio.
- Collaborate across Technology domains on portfolio planning, budgeting, architecture, sourcing, and capability development.
- Define and drive the Manufacturing Execution technology strategy, including product vision, roadmaps, lifecycle ownership, and cross‑product alignment.
