Job Description

As part of the Supply Chain team, your duties will be as follows:

Project Support:

• Support during development for RFQ and follow-up with suppliers.
• Definition of the products or services required with detailed specifications.
• Introduction to suppliers of the new Project and submission of documentation.
• Supplier’s follow-up.
• Analyze results
  
  

Non-conformities management:

• Completion of open non-conformities workflow in SAP.
• Analysis on open non-conformities in SAP.
• Request price and delivery date to suppliers.
• Creation of purcharse orders for replacement of damaged materials.
• Non-conformity closure
  
  

Update of Material Master Data:

• Update of missing master data for materials in SAP.
• Task not started yet.
  
  

Qualifications

• Ideally previous experience in the same role.
• Experience with SAP - Materials Management Module.
• English C1/fluent level.
• Immediate availability.
