Position Summary

As a Junior Marketplace Merchandiser, you will support the management of Camper's marketplace business across Europe, working with leading partners such as Zalando or Farfetch. You will closely collaborate with Planning & Merchandising, Digital and Online Accounts teams, in order to ensure our products are accurately presented, activated on time and optimized to drive sales and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of product assortments across marketplaces and digital partners.
• Assist in preparing and activating seasonal collections following the Go-to-Market calendar.
• Ensure products are correctly launched, categorized and maintained across marketplace platforms.
• Monitor product availability, stock levels and assortment performance.
• Track sales performance by category, product line and marketplace.
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights on sales trends and product performance.
• Support promotional activities, markdowns and commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and timely product launches.
• Help identify opportunities to improve product visibility, conversion and customer experience.
• Maintain data accuracy across assortment, pricing, and inventory information.

Requirements.

• Previous internship or experience in merchandising, eCommerce, retail, buying, or digital operations is a plus but not required.
• A strong interest in fashion, footwear and digital commerce.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with numbers and reports.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and data management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
