Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will build and maintain relationships with clients, identify opportunities to maximize client satisfaction, and address any issues that arise. The Account Manager will also oversee project timelines, coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions, and ensure that clients’ needs are met. This role is based in Sagunto, with some work from home acceptable.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Problem-Solving skills
• Organizational, Project Management, and Coordination skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in Account Management or similar role is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
