Role Description

This is an internship position, designed to provide hands-on experience in business development and client strategy. The Trainee will engage in day-to-day tasks, such as assisting in strategic planning, managing client relationships, analyzing data trends, and delivering tailored solutions. Located in Alicante, this is a hybrid role, allowing flexibility between working on-site and remote work, depending on project requirements.

• Strong Program Management and Organizational Skills
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret data and business trends
• Excellent Communication abilities for stakeholder engagement and reporting
• Experience in Training and delivering structured knowledge transfer sessions
• Customer Service mindset with a focus on meeting client needs effectively
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing one)
