POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an Assistant Supervisor to support the coordination and development of our independent commercial team in Spain.

This role focuses on team support, performance follow-up, onboarding processes, and operational structure. It is designed for professionals with leadership mindset and experience in sales coordination, commercial management, or team development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Supervisor in coordinating the independent sales network
Assist in onboarding and training new collaborators
Monitor activity, engagement and performance indicators
Support implementation of internal systems and workflows
Coordinate weekly follow-up meetings
Ensure alignment with company standards and ethical practices
Contribute to strategic growth of the commercial structure
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience in sales coordination, commercial leadership, or team management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Structured and performance-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in flexible and independent environments
Entrepreneurial attitude with long-term vision
Experience in wellness, direct sales, or independent business environments is a plus
