About The Position

At IDENER.AI, we are seeking a Researcher to contribute to high-efficiency solar PV systems and digital modelling, covering the technology chain from cell-level physics to utility-scale Digital Twins. You will participate in innovative projects such as TERASUN and SOLARIS.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Develop advanced models for thin films and functional coatings, including plasma deposition and microstructuring for Perovskite and Tandem cells.

Develop Digital Twins for utility-scale solar farms and integrate them into real-time control systems to optimise energy yield.

Implement AI/ML models for irradiance and soiling forecasting to enable predictive and preventive maintenance.

Design experiments to assess PV modules and inverters under accelerated ageing conditions.

Develop cloud-based data pipelines for real-time monitoring of large-scale PV assets and automated decision-making.

Support sustainability teams with technical data for strategic assessments and multidisciplinary optimisation.

Conduct literature reviews and identify new project ideas aligned with scientific and regulatory trends.

Represent IDENER.AI at international forums, consortium meetings, and conferences.

Why IDENER.AI?
