About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Stewarding Manager position to join our Culinary Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Oversee daily Stewarding operations, ensuring high standards, teamwork, and compliance with SOPs
• Manage inventory, equipment tracking, and stock levels to support business needs
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all kitchen and service areas
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to support efficient and safe operations
• Train, motivate, and develop team members while driving process improvements and sustainability initiatives
  
  

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chief Steward or Stewarding Supervisor in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment,
• Professional, approachable, and well-presented, with a strong understanding of luxury service standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a multicultural team
• Good organizational and operational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (knowledge of hotel systems is a plus).
