Role Description This part-time English Teacher role at Kids&Us Language School in Palma is an on-site position focused on delivering engaging, high-quality English lessons to children. The teacher will plan and deliver lessons based on the Kids&Us methodology, using interactive activities, games, and storytelling to support natural language acquisition. Daily tasks include preparing teaching materials, leading small-group classes, monitoring student progress, and providing feedback to learners and families. The role also involves maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment, collaborating with the center team, and participating in training sessions to stay aligned with the Kids&Us educational approach.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching skills, including English Teaching, Teaching, and Education experience, ideally with children or young learners.
• Ability to design and adapt lessons through effective Lesson Planning that follows structured methodologies.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage children, collaborate with colleagues, and interact professionally with families.
• Proficiency in English at a high level (C1 or equivalent), with clear pronunciation and accurate grammar.
• Relevant academic background in Education, Languages, or related fields; teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, CELTA) are an advantage.
• Experience working in a classroom or educational setting, preferably in language schools or similar environments.
• Ability to create an inclusive, safe, and motivating learning atmosphere, respecting diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
• Availability to work part time on-site in Palma, with flexibility for afternoon or early evening schedules.
