Role Description

Join our team as a German Speaking Recruiter, working remotely from the vibrant city of Alicante/Alacant. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for those looking to kick-start their career in recruitment. Your daily responsibilities will include liaising with clients and candidates, managing job postings, and maintaining our applicant tracking system. You will also be responsible for conducting initial interviews and language tests. No previous experience is required as you will undergo a fully paid 4-month training programme in Athens.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German
• Valid European Union passport
• Willingness to undertake a 4-month training programme in Athens
