WHAT IS NEEDED TO GET A 2ND CHECK?

This Is Quite Simple

1. Put 100% Financing on all your listings. This will make your listing stand out and more buyers calling to see how they can get approved without putting any money down.

• When buyers call, send them to our website to complete the Piggyback Loan Program application.
  
  

3. Each buyer has a 3-Step Process to complete for approval. Simply help them with this process so they can get approved. Most Realtors help with this process anyway so now you can get paid for it.

• Download the W9 Form and Direct Deposit Form so we can wire your commission to you. There will be a $55 wire fee. If you prefer to get your commissions mailed to you, simply let us know.
