A reliable and organised professional to manage financial operations related to property sales, rentals, and company accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Essential Requirements

Fluent in

Spanish

and

English

Previous experience in accounting within the real estate sector

, preferably in luxury properties.

Solid knowledge of

tax regulations

,

invoicing

,

supplier management

, and

monthly reporting

Proficiency in

accounting software

and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Valued skills

Experience working with international clients and high-value transactions.

Familiarity with CRM systems or ERP tools.

Understanding of the legal and administrative processes linked to property operations.
