We are now looking for a

Project Manager Bearing Centre

to join our team working for a better future. The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Porriño.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role you will play a leadership role, managing high impact projects for the Bearing Centre business, as well as maintaining close collaborative contact with all departments involved in the projects. You will have a global view of the Bearing Centre, not only at an operational level but also at a business level, helping to develop the business, working closely with the Bearing Centre manager.

As Project Manager Bearing Centre, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Leads the execution of a project or project phase of Bearing Centre, ensuring that the project execution aligns with the set project schedules, budgeting, and quality and compliance requirements.
• Identifies and manages project dependencies, collaborating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Communicates project expectations and facilitates coordination of efforts among project stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Monitors project progress and adapt as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements. Facilitates progress reporting internally and to customers, informing stakeholders on project progress and status, providing relevant, reliable, and up-to-date information about the project situations.
  
  

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• Experience with hydrodynamic bearings in the energy, mining and industrial markets.
• Knowledge of quality standards applied to hydrodynamic bearings.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and leading projects.
• Level of English for full professional development
  
  

In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 20%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.
