For our location in Sevilla, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Managing Director (m/f/d). In this role, you will take full responsibility for the local business operations and lead a team of 60 employees.

You will be responsible for ensuring efficient operational performance, driving business development, and further strengthening the organization in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Your daily mission – where you make the difference

• Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the Sevilla site
• Leadership, development and especially expanding the existing at the site
• Management and optimization of business processes and organizational structures
• Responsibility for budgets, performance targets, and financial results
• Implementation of corporate strategy at local level
• Identification of growth opportunities and continuous improvement potential
• Close cooperation with international stakeholders and senior management
• Ensuring compliance with local legal requirements and internal company standards

What you bring to the table – and how you make us even better

• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in a senior management position with operational and commercial responsibility
• Proven leadership experience with direct people management responsibility
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
• Experience in working within an international business environment
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken; German is an advantage
