What You Will Be Responsible For

Shape Our Strategy: You define and implement seasonal and long-term omnichannel buying strategies for our Circular Knits category.

Create Inspiring Assortments:  You develop assortment strategies that balance consumer demand, market trends, brand identity, and financial goals.

Collaborate with Design: You work closely with Design, identify product opportunities, and actively influence development.

Drive Vendor Success: You lead supplier negotiations, secure the best costs, margins, quality, and delivery terms, and build strategic partnerships.

Optimize Performance: You manage drop strategies, product lifecycles, and inventory, while analyzing sales performance and market trends to make data-driven adjustments in real time.

Mentor & Grow: You guide Junior Buyers, share your knowledge and help them thrive professionally.

What We Are Looking For

Your Educational Background: You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. 

Your Strengths: You are strategic, business-minded, and deeply passionate about fashion. You enjoy understanding consumer behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and using data to make smart decisions. 

Your Profile: You bring significant buying experience, ideally in Circular Knits or similar Fast Fashion categories. You are a skilled negotiator, highly organized, an excellent communicator in English and proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP or Oracle and additional languages such as German or Spanish is a plus.

Encontrar agricultores que encajen con nuestro modelo, nosotros le llamamos triple S: salud, sabor y sinceridad. Además de por supuesto solo trabajar producto nacional, que sean comprometidos, quieran estabilidad y tengan visión a largo plazo. Que entienda el proyecto etc...

Visitar fincas por toda la Comunidad Valenciana.

Evaluar producto, valores y capacidad de cada agricultor.

Explicar con claridad el modelo EAP y acompañar el proceso de incorporación.

Grabar al agricultor (o ayudarle a grabarse) como parte de la estrategia de confianza y visibilidad.

Llevar un seguimiento ordenado de contactos, visitas y avances (Excel, Drive, WhatsApp).

Ser el nexo entre el campo, el equipo y el cliente final.

✅ ¿Qué buscamos en ti?

• Experiencia previa como comercial, corredor agrícola o figura de confianza en el sector.
• Red activa de contactos entre agricultores pequeños o medianos.
• Buena reputación y credibilidad en el campo.
• Perfil resolutivo, flexible y con ganas de moverse.
• Capacidad para grabar, explicarse y adaptarse a nuevas herramientas (redes, contenido, etc.).
• Dominio básico de Excel y herramientas de organización.
• Honestidad, compromiso, actitud y sentido común.

Tu misiónDar soporte al área de compras y desarrollo de producto, aprendiendo de cerca cómo se construye una colección desde la idea hasta su llegada al mercado, asegurando que el producto esté alineado con la visión creativa y los objetivos de la marca.

Responsabilidades clave

• Apoyar en la planificación y ejecución de la estrategia de compras.
• Colaborar en la gestión y seguimiento de proveedores nacionales e internacionales.
• Dar soporte en tareas básicas de negociación (precios, plazos y cantidades).
• Ayudar en el seguimiento del ciclo de aprovisionamiento y control de entregas.
• Participar en la búsqueda de nuevos materiales, proveedores y categorías de producto.
• Apoyar en el análisis de datos de ventas, costes y márgenes.
