MISIÓN DEL PUESTO:
El rol proporcionará apoyo integral al equipo de ventas de Iberia, asegurando la gestión eficiente de las tareas diarias del equipo comercial. Esto incluye garantizar que los pedidos se procesen y entreguen a tiempo, que los materiales de ventas estén preparados y listos para las campañas, y que las políticas y documentación comercial se mantengan actualizadas. Además, se monitorizarán y respaldarán las actividades cotidianas del equipo de ventas, brindando soporte en la resolución de incidencias y en la optimización de procesos. Se ofrecerá capacitación continua, permitiendo adquirir un conocimiento profundo del funcionamiento de un departamento de ventas en una marca líder de artículos deportivos, con oportunidades para contribuir activamente al éxito del equipo.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:
- Seguimiento y actualización de los servicios de pedidos programación y de reposición, así como notificación a los clientes sobre cancelaciones de productos, cambios en las fechas de entrega, listas de precios, códigos EAN, entre otros.
- Punto de contacto con el departamento de Administración para solicitar toda la información necesaria en la tramitación de cambios en la entidad legal, nuevas aperturas, contratos comerciales, etc.
- Gestión de devoluciones e incidencias en coordinación con el departamento de Devoluciones.
- Revisión y confirmación a los clientes estratégicos de los pedidos recibidos, incluyendo fechas de pedido, valores, precios, entre otros detalles.
- Envío de información actualizada a los clientes estratégicos acerca de la cartera de pedidos, estado, fechas previstas de entrega y cancelaciones.
- Coordinador comercial en relación a la monitorización, control y comunicación a los clientes sobre las políticas de empresa.
- Análisis y propuesta de oportunidades adicionales de venta basadas en la disponibilidad de stock en coordinación con el equipo de planificación.
- Envío de materiales de campaña a los clientes estratégicos, tales como información de productos, tarifas, composiciones, imágenes, etc.
- Apoyo al equipo de ventas en la atención al cliente, incluyendo la preparación de surtidos, propuestas de compra, y el seguimiento de campañas y promociones específicas.
- Seguimiento y análisis mensual de la base de clientes para proporcionar informes a los equipos de Ventas y Planificación de Ventas, identificando modelos y tendencias clave.
- Supervisión de las acciones de marketing en el punto de venta (PDV), escaparatismo, visual merchandising y cualquier otra solicitud proveniente de los equipos de Retail y Trade Marketing.
- Recopilación de datos, análisis de tendencias del mercado y preparación de informes detallados.
- Formación: Estudios en Administración, Comercio, Ventas, Marketing o áreas similares.
- Idiomas: Nivel medio-alto de inglés.
- Buena expresión oral y escrita, tanto para la atención al cliente como para la redacción de informes y correos.

The role will provide end-to-end support to the Iberia sales team, ensuring the efficient management of the day-to-day tasks of the commercial team. This includes ensuring that orders are processed and delivered on time, that sales materials are prepared and ready for campaigns, and that commercial policies and documentation are kept up to date. In addition, the day-to-day activities of the sales team will be monitored and supported, providing support in resolving issues and optimising processes. Ongoing training will be provided, allowing you to gain an in-depth understanding of the workings of a sales department in a leading sporting goods brand, with opportunities to actively contribute to the success of the team.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Tracking and updating order scheduling and replenishment services, as well as notifying customers of product cancellations, changes in delivery dates, price lists, EAN codes, among others.
- Point of contact with the Administration Department to request all the necessary information for processing changes in the legal entity, new openings, commercial contracts, etc.
- Management of returns and incidents in coordination with the Returns department.
- Review and confirmation to strategic customers of orders received, including order dates, values, prices, among other details.
- Sending updated information to strategic customers on order backlog, status, expected delivery dates and cancellations.
- Sales coordinator in relation to monitoring, control and communication to customers on company policies.
- Analysis and proposal of additional sales opportunities based on stock availability in coordination with the planning team.
- Sending campaign materials to strategic customers, such as product information, price lists, layouts, images, etc.
- Supporting the sales team in customer service, including preparation of assortments, purchase proposals, and follow-up of specific campaigns and promotions.
- Monthly monitoring and analysis of the customer base to provide reports to the Sales and Sales Planning teams, identifying key patterns and trends.
- Monitoring of POS marketing actions, window dressing, visual merchandising and any other requests from the Retail and Trade Marketing teams.
- Collecting data, analysing market trends and preparing detailed reports.
- Education: Studies in Administration, Commerce, Sales, Marketing or similar areas.
- Languages: Medium-high level of English.
- Good oral and written expression, both for customer service and for writing reports and emails.
- Interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyse and report on sales data, impact of competition and other indicators.

Skello está reclutando Sales Development Representatives para ayudar a los diferentes profesionales a los que nos dirigimos (hostelería e industria). Desde el gerente de un restaurante hasta el director de recursos humanos en un grupo hotelero, tu misión será acompañarlos hacia el éxito proporcionando soluciones.
Nuestro equipo de ventas representa un equipo clave en el crecimiento de Skello. Al unirte a este equipo, te conviertes en la primera línea del ciclo de ventas. Buscarás prospectos fríos, identificarás y atraerás las mejores oportunidades comerciales para apoyar al equipo ejecutivo de ventas en su desempeño. A través de resultados tangibles, medirás tu impacto en el crecimiento de la empresa y aumentarás la cartera de clientes. Aportarás valor añadido a nuestros clientes abordando sus problemas diarios y ofreciéndoles una herramienta intuitiva y confiable.
Durante tu evolución en Skello, estarás acompañado por un Team Leader cuya misión será guiarte hacia el éxito. Evolucionarás dentro de un equipo exigente, entusiasta y ambicioso.
Misiones
- Identificar actores clave en el mercado al cual serás asignado/a
- Crear oportunidades de venta con clientes potenciales a través de diferentes canales (llamadas en frío, correos electrónicos en frío, etc.)
- Calificar las necesidades del prospecto y despertar su interés por Skello
- Obtener una cita para una demostración del producto con tus prospectos para el equipo de Account Executives con quienes trabajarás de cerca
- Seguir el progreso de las negociaciones en curso con los Account Executives
- Participar en la evolución de los procesos y técnicas de ventas: nuevas técnicas de prospección, ayudar a aumentar las tasas de penetración en el mercado, etc
- Nativo en español con un profundo conocimiento de la cultura local en España
- Fluidez en inglés y/o francés, ambas son una gran ventaja
- Experiencia en Gestión de Cuentas, Desarrollo de Negocios o Ventas Vendedor nato: dinámico, persuasivo y proactivo
- Te describes a ti mismo/a como emprendedor/a y disfrutas asumiendo responsabilidades
- Tienes una fuerte mentalidad de crecimiento, estás dispuesto/a a aprender y mejorar, y puedes aceptar feedback de manera positiva resiliente: no te rindes fácilmente y comprendes que el éxito no siempre es lineal

You will:
Based in our dynamic office in Barcelona, you will join our growing team of Sales Representatives that are playing a crucial role in Flexport European growth plans. Strategically and with a lot of creativity you will be tasked to getting in touch with good fit companies that want to engage in a conversation with Flexport.
No two days will be the same in this challenging role where you will be responsible for:
- Identify and create new sales opportunities for Flexport Europe;
- Working with Account Executives all over Europe to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities;
- Demonstrating the value of our offering through phone calls, email, and other social mediums;
You’ll be joining a sales team with a lot of emphasis, combining great culture, a place to succeed and focus on career development make this a fun & dynamic place to work.
You should have:
We are looking for high energy people who want to learn and develop their sales skills. Who are enthusiastic communicators, love being on the phone and adding value to customers, able to empathise and present solutions to suit their needs. This role would suit someone who had a bachelor degree or higher and is commercially minded, with some sales or commercial experience in their pocket. Above all: they’re solution oriented and looking to work in a quickly adapting tech environment. This role requires fluent Spanish and English languages knowledge, both spoken and written.
