About the role:
Step into a creative and collaborative environment where design meets strategy, and every idea has the potential to shape our brand on a global scale.
As a Design Intern on the Marketing team, you’ll contribute to the visual storytelling that powers our campaigns, sales efforts, and brand experiences. You’ll work alongside a passionate international team, bringing concepts to life across multiple formats—from digital campaigns and in-app messages to event branding and content marketing assets.
What will be your impact:
You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand communicates across channels. You'll work closely with the Marketing team to:
- Collaborate on digital campaigns, bringing creative concepts to life to boost visibility and engagement.
- Support local events, PR roundtables, and brand initiatives that connect with our international audience.
- Design compelling visual content across marketing touchpoints—think email headers, in-app messages, sales decks, presentations, and more.
- Contribute to the storytelling process, ensuring a strong, consistent visual identity that aligns with our branding.
You would be great fit if you:
- Are currently pursuing a Master’s in Marketing, Design, or a related field with a focus on go-to-market strategies.
- You're confident when creating content in Figma and know how to apply common best practices to make your work clear and effective.
- Have a strong sense of visual design and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Are genuinely interested in branding, communication, and the way design impacts customer perception.

Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to strengthen our marketing acquisition processes, ensuring seamless integration with HubSpot and a scalable, data-driven approach to growth.
About the role:
As Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll optimize processes, enhance lead management, and ensure data integrity in HubSpot. Connecting sales and marketing, you’ll refine automation, improve visibility, and drive scalable growth. Collaborating cross-functionally, you’ll develop workflows, tracking systems, and real-time insights to support decision-making.
What will be your impact:
- Optimize HubSpot for seamless lead management, tracking, and sales-marketing alignment.
- Develop scalable workflows and automation to improve efficiency and growth.
- Ensure data integrity and refine lead scoring for better sales targeting.
- Track and attribute marketing performance with reliable tracking mechanisms to measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
- Create real-time dashboards for key metrics and informed decision-making.
- Stay ahead of trends, ensuring compliance and best practices in marketing automation.
- Adaptable and proactive in optimizing marketing processes in fast-paced environments.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring data integrity and system organization.
- Collaborative, aligning marketing, sales, and data strategies.
- Analytical, with expertise in performance tracking and lead management.
- Experienced in marketing operations, automation, and CRM management (HubSpot preferred), collaborating with sales and marketing teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
