Join the SoftwareOne team and help transform how we work through AI. As our new AI Business Consultant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team accelerating the adoption of AI to enhance internal processes. The team will also bring these innovations to our clients, enabling them to benefit from the same transformation. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI solutions alongside leading hyperscalers, driving their practical application both within SoftwareOne and with key clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deliver AI use cases for both internal teams and external clients
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions
• Support pre-sales activities by participating in client meetings, contributing to proposals, preparing demos, and showcasing proof-of-concepts
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (delivery, data, and sales) to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of AI solutions
• Stay up to date with AI trends, tools, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation

• Proven experience in consulting, solution delivery, or a related role
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they translate into business value
• Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions (preferably using Python, ML frameworks, and cloud platforms)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A problem-solving mindset combined with a practical, hands-on approach to project work
• Ability to balance project delivery responsibilities with pre-sales support

Software Architect (gn)

Ubicación: Spain / Modo de trabajo: Híbrido

• Apoyarás al equipo de desarrollo de negocio de SoftwareOne en la definición de estrategias para implementar soluciones de desarrollo de software en sectores industriales clave.
• Asesorarás a clientes en la creación y migración de aplicaciones, software y servicios siguiendo los principios del Well-Architected Framework (preferiblemente en AWS, aunque también se valorará experiencia en Azure o GCP).
• Educarás a clientes empresariales sobre el valor de la nube y participarás en discusiones técnicas profundas para garantizar el éxito de las soluciones.
• Construirás relaciones sólidas con perfiles técnicos senior dentro de los clientes para convertirlos en defensores de la nube.
• Actuarás como enlace técnico entre clientes, equipos de ingeniería de servicios y soporte técnico.
• Compartirás buenas prácticas dentro de la comunidad de arquitectura de software y soluciones en la nube.
• Impartirás formaciones (personalizadas o grupales) a clientes que estén considerando o ya utilizando servicios cloud. Azure o GCP).

Conocimientos y experiencia técnica:

• Más de 7 años de experiencia en diseño e implementación de soluciones de software, incluyendo arquitecturas escalables en la nube y microservicios.

• Experiencia en automatización para la gestión de infraestructuras, bases de datos y arquitecturas de aplicaciones.

• Grado universitario o experiencia equivalente.

Habilidades y competencias:

• Profundos conocimientos en arquitectura de software y computación en la nube.

• Habilidades para tratar directamente con clientes, idealmente adquiridas en roles de preventa o consultoría.

• Capacidad estratégica para proponer soluciones frente a retos de negocio, producto y tecnología.

• Interés y conocimiento en tendencias tecnológicas y su impacto en el consumo de servicios IT por parte de las empresas.

Se valorará también:

• Más de 5 años de experiencia en un rol de atención al cliente alineado a ventas (consultor, ingeniero de soluciones, arquitecto de soluciones).

• Experiencia presentando a públicos técnicos y de negocio (CTOs, arquitectos, responsables IT, desarrolladores).

• Conocimientos de servicios web.

• Certificaciones en arquitectura de soluciones en AWS, Azure o GCP (Associate, Developer o Professional).
