Role Introduction
As our new Junior Digital Sales Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for SME clients, ensuring they receive consistent, high-quality support across all digital services. You will manage relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through renewals, while identifying opportunities to grow each account.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues, align solutions with client needs, and drive revenue growth. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with SME clients
Act as the main contact for digital service needs, ensuring timely and effective solutions
Develop and execute tailored renewal strategies, leading negotiations with clients
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities using data insights and market knowledge
Manage post-sales escalations, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues
Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business to anticipate needs and opportunities
Track account performance and optimize strategies based on key metrics
Advocate for client needs internally and contribute to client success stories
Essential:
Fluency in Italian and English
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Interest in digital sales and technology solutions
Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into solutions
Experience or exposure to customer relationship management
Strong organizational and collaboration skills
Desirable:
Experience in selling technology products or services
Familiarity with data-driven sales approaches and account management tools

Introducción al Rol
Como nuestro nuevo Técnico de Apoyo a la Coordinación, contribuirás al seguimiento y coordinación de proyectos, proveedores y actividades operativas dentro de un entorno corporativo de gran escala. Tu trabajo será clave para apoyar la planificación, el control de tareas y la gestión operativa de los servicios y soluciones tecnológicas.
Colaborarás con diferentes equipos internos, proveedores externos y usuarios finales para gestionar solicitudes, realizar seguimiento de tareas y asegurar que los procesos se ejecuten de forma eficiente. Tu contribución ayudará a mantener la calidad del servicio y el correcto funcionamiento de las operaciones.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Coordinar y realizar seguimiento de tareas operativas y actividades de proyectos
- Gestionar peticiones e incidencias mediante herramientas de ticketing como Jira, Remedy o Snow
- Apoyar la administración y coordinación de soluciones y procesos tecnológicos
- Coordinar con proveedores externos el seguimiento de entregables, tiempos y niveles de servicio
- Dar soporte a la gestión operativa relacionada con dispositivos móviles
- Gestionar las entradas, salidas y organización de material en almacenes
- Facilitar la comunicación entre equipos internos, usuarios y proveedores para resolver incidencias
Esencial:
- Formación Profesional de Grado Medio o Superior en un área técnica o administrativa
- Experiencia en coordinación de tareas, soporte a proyectos o gestión operativa
- Familiaridad con herramientas de ticketing como Jira, Remedy, Snow u otras similares
- Capacidad organizativa y habilidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente
- Pensamiento analítico y capacidad de resolución de problemas
Deseable:
- Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles como Scrum o Kanban
- Experiencia trabajando en entornos corporativos de gran tamaño
- Nivel de inglés básico o intermedio
- Residencia en Madrid o alrededores

Key Responsibilities:
- Work on AI and Machine Learning projects hosted in Azure, AWS and Google clouds.
- Solve advanced ML challenges: forecasting, segmentation, targeting and more
- Build solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs): text generation, summarization, and conversational AI
- Work with speech, text, image, and video analytics problems.
- Lead projects from the technical side, supporting delivery excellence.
- Prepare documentation, conduct trainings, and run knowledge transfer sessions.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Job Requirements- Commercial experience in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence or a PhD in this field.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Platform (additional experience in AWS or GCP would be a plus).
- Very good knowledge of Python and solid understanding of SQL .
- Familiarity with Azure AI Services is a plus
- Solid theoretical background in machine learning and understanding of LLM concepts.
- Experience with MLflow or other ML lifecycle tools is a plus.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to mentor junior team members.
