About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to support our commercial team in business development and account management activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in enterprise sales, client relationship management, and the flexible workforce industry.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced commercial professionals and gain exposure to multinational enterprise clients and consulting projects.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Support
- Research and identify prospective enterprise clients across target industries.
- Build and maintain prospect databases and sales pipelines.
- Support outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and commercial materials.
- Participate in client meetings and take notes on business requirements.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
Account Management Support
- Assist with onboarding new clients and freelance consultants.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support project delivery activities.
- Monitor project progress and maintain accurate records.
- Support reporting activities, including KPI tracking and commercial updates.
- Assist with collecting client feedback and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ensure data accuracy and operational excellence within internal systems.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in business development, B2B sales, consulting, or technology services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote and international environment.
- Spanish language skills are considered an advantage.
