Seasonal, full-time Hostess position based in Marbella, working afternoon–evening shifts, with the possibility of a year-round role. The Hostess will welcome and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience. Responsibilities also include maintaining a warm atmosphere, handling calls professionally, and coordinating seating to optimise flow and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Friendly, professional, and confident interpersonal skills
• Experience managing reservations and seating plans
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Professional phone etiquette
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous hospitality experience preferred
• Fluent English required; Spanish or other languages a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
