Location: Casas Heddy, Lanzarote

Casas Heddy is a well-being and health resort with over 50 years of experience helping guests improve their health, restore balance, and enjoy a personalised wellness journey. We are now seeking a motivated and skilled Wellness Therapist to join our dedicated team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a variety of professional treatments, including massages, facial treatments, and foot treatments.
• Assess guests’ needs and recommend suitable therapies and wellness solutions.
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure guests feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and tranquil treatment environment.
• Collaborate with the health and wellness team to support overall guest experience.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and care.

Qualifications and skills

• Recognised qualifications in massage therapy and/or beauty/wellness treatments.
• Experience in delivering massages, facials, and foot treatments (additional skills such as body treatments, holistic therapies, or alternative wellness practices are considered a strong bonus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and guest care.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, including some weekends.
