¿Por qué te estamos buscando?

Tu misión será ser responsable de la coordinación de la implantación de nuevas soluciones en los diferentes entornos Cloud (Azure, AWS, etc.), así como de la gestión de las operaciones de soporte y mantenimiento de los servicios desplegados en estos entornos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los compromisos de servicio asumidos.

• Coordinar las actividades de soporte técnico y mantenimiento necesarias para resolver incidencias y problemas relacionados con el entorno cloud de manera eficiente y oportuna, garantizando los niveles de servicio establecidos.
• Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de negocio y tecnología para poner en marcha las iniciativas planteadas, alineando necesidades de negocio con los requerimientos tecnológicos y garantizando su escalabilidad, seguridad y rendimiento.
• Desarrollar y mantener la documentación técnica necesaria relacionada con el entorno cloud.
• Establecer y supervisar indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI’s) para medir la eficacia de las soluciones cloud.
• Proporcionar soporte técnico y orientación a los equipos técnicos en el uso de las tecnologías cloud.
• Evaluar y seleccionar nuevas tecnologías y herramientas cloud para mejorar la infraestructura existente.
• Coordinar y/o participar en diversas iniciativas estratégicas ad-hoc de IT
