Linux Ansible Ruby

Desde Grupo Digital, buscamos Administrador/a de Sistemas Unix para formar parte de nuestro equipo y colaborar con uno de nuestros clientes del sector servicios tecnológicos.

Condiciones:

* Duración del proyecto: 6 meses inicialmente
* Ubicación: Tortosa (Tarragona)
* Modalidad: 100 % presencial
* Horario: jornada completa
* Salario: En función de la experiencia

Imprescindible:

* Experiencia avanzada en Red Hat Enterprise Linux / KVM.
* Conocimientos sólidos en Ansible y Red Hat Tower.
* Nivel avanzado en Shell Script, Ruby y AWK.
* Experiencia en entornos Unix/Linux de producción.
* Experiencia en automatización y monitorización (Nagios).

The Role
- Build and deliver features end-to-end - from idea to production
- Collaborate closely with Product & Design to solve real customer problems
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack
- Continuously improve the codebase and team processes
- Grow your technical depth through feedback, reviews, and mentorship

We don´t build features just to ship them, we build outcomes that matter for our customers.

Our Stack
- Backend: Ruby on Rails
- Frontend: React (and sometimes React Native)
- Database: PostgreSQL
- Infra: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

Salary

At Factorial transparency is in our DNA, people at the same rank will receive the same salary and all the salary ranks are public

- Mid Engineer you will join factorial with 40.000€ Base and 2.800€ Variable paid quarterly based on our business goals and after one year you will receive 10% of your salary as ESOP.
