Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team immediately at our offices in Mijas Costa (Málaga).
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional with a high level of English (mandatory) who is motivated to grow within an international and expanding company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the internal team
- Coordinate documentation and maintain organized records
- Assist with basic accounting tasks and financial documentation
- Support customer service communications (international clients)
- Contribute to the smooth running of office operations
Requirements
- On-site (Mijas - Fuengirola)
- High level of English (C1 or higher – written and spoken, test required)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
- Previous administrative experience (preferred)
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
- Solid IT and digital skills
