Head of People - Deep-Tech Scale-Up
We are partnering with a rapidly scaling, engineering-led deep-tech company that is building next-generation processor technology. With strong funding and ambitious growth plans, the business is entering a critical phase of expansion, creating a unique opportunity for an experienced HR leader to shape and build the people function from the ground up.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role, working closely with leadership to implement structure, support growth, and build a high-performing organisation.

What you’ll be doing:
- Build and implement core HR processes (performance management, salary bands, reviews, engagement)
- Lead and develop a small HR team (TA + HR Operations)
- Support and mentor engineering-led middle management
- Drive employee retention, engagement, and organisational development
- Implement and optimise HR systems and internal processes (e.g. Workday and internal tools)
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in a hands-on HR leadership role
- Strong background in HR operations and process implementation
- Experience building or improving HR functions in scaling environments
- Ability to work effectively with technical / engineering teams
- Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday or similar)
- Fluent English and Spanish (both essential)
