Rewards Manager – EMEA
Location: Madrid - Hybrid
Salary: €55,000 €62,000+ Bonus

We’re looking for a Rewards Manager to lead compensation and benefits strategy across the EMEA region. As part of the Total Rewards Centre of Excellence, you’ll play a key role in influencing how we attract, retain, and reward top talent. This is a role for someone who thrives in building from the ground up and wants to make a genuine impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the implementation of regional compensation and benefits strategies aligned with global frameworks
- Owning annual compensation cycles and overseeing regional benefits renewals
- Designing and executing EMEA-specific pay structures and incentive plans
- Analysing market trends and delivering data-driven insights
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations across multiple countries
- Acting as a senior point of contact for reward-related matters
- Managing external vendors, including benefits brokers and consultants
- Driving employee engagement through clear and effective reward communication
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards in an international context
- In-depth knowledge of EMEA market practices and compliance frameworks
- A degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to influence through data and clear communication
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures in a fast-paced environment
