As Senior (technical) Test Manager you will join our ART Channels (primarily e-banking solutions) and define/refine the ART level Test Strategy and implement the same by providing guidance and coaching to the teams. The main focus areas to be addressed are the implementation of Shift-Left, test automation approach and the transparency of testing via reporting without compromising the quality of ongoing monthly releases. In this role you are also responsible to oversee other applications in the same domain as Channels.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Act as ART and Domain Test Manager driving all testing aspects (incl. development level) such as functional and non-functional testing, test environments, test data, test automation tooling, test reporting etc.
- Regarding Domain and ART Test Strategy, consult and engage with the ART Leadership and the CoE Testing to ensure the strategy is aligned with the Global Test Strategy (GTS)
- Empower agile teams by coaching and supporting them (if needed hands-on) to implement the ART test strategy
- Establish a sustainable quality mindset across the ART and Domain
- Drive continuous improvement, shift left and test automation
- Ensure adherence to quality gates across the domain and consult on sign-off decisions. Be the escalation point for quality issues
- Continuous reporting of execution status and results throughout the delivery pipeline
- Keep oversight of the Pentest findings and Risks
- Conduct and manage Go No Go meeting for all releases
- Review adherence of RFC and Readiness proof to audit mandated standards
YOUR PROFILE
- 5+ years’ working experience as a Test Manager in complex environments covering all testing aspects of the SDLC incl. reporting
- 3+ years’ experience working in agile environments. SAFe methodology is a strong plus
- Strong experience in creating test concepts (especially for agile set-up’s)
- Hands-on attitude to support and guide agile teams including coaching to implement the testing concept focusing on Shift-Left
- Sound experience with test automation frameworks/tools in general (open source and commercial) on all test levels incl. Development
- Sound experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins…) and support the implementation of the same for testing aspects
- Experience with JIRA (XRAY for TM is a strong plus)
- Basic knowledge in banking is required. Work experience in the financial industry is a plus, in e-banking solutions a strong plus
Education and skills:- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Excellent command in English
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification. Advanced Level TM certification is a strong plus
