Here in Regulatory Affairs Documentation Department, we collect all the needed regulatory information concerning our products into documents for dsm-firmenich customers, so they comply with applicable legislation worldwide.
As a documentation department you’ll get to know all dsm-firmenich products related documents and get familiar with several requirements and questionnaires from our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the Flavor Documentation team.
- Prepare standard documents and basic questionnaires for worldwide customers.
- Follow Standard Operational Procedures.
- Use our internal software systems to answer worldwide customer’s requests.
- Use different internal software systems and Microsoft Office for daily work.
- Opportunity to introduce you to our products' documentation world, one of the crucial steps to get our customers' approval for sales.
- Opportunity to acquire Regulatory Affairs experience in the Flavor business.
- Temporary contract.
- A flexible work schedule.
- A customized training program.
- International environment in a dynamic growing affiliate.
- Recent graduate in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or another related scientific field.
- High level of English and Spanish, any other language will be a plus.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, IS tools).
- Great communication, fast-learning and trust-building skills;
- Organized, service and data oriented person with sharp attention to detail;
- Strong sense of team spirit.
- Flexibility to support Business needs and to work during bank holidays.

Your key responsabilties
- Provide support and work closely with the Customer Experience team, gradually assuming tasks of increasing responsibility.
- Perform activities linked to order management, planning, logistics and supply chain.
- Liaise with different customers and work closely with various internal departments.
