We are a fast-growing trading company specializing in brokerage transactions in the food, feed, FMCG, and chemical (industrial chemicals) industries. We work with companies in over 120 countries worldwide, creating an international environment full of professionals and enthusiasts. Since 2021, our team has grown from 35 specialists to over 150 employees. Our headquarters are located in the heart of Warsaw at Rondo Daszyńskiego. We have also opened four regional offices – in Spain, Lublin, Kraków, and Wrocław. Thanks to our innovative approach, we continue to grow and are now looking for someone to join our team as a Junior International Commodity Trader.
Responsibilities:
- Building B2B client relationships in assigned markets
- Independently conducting business negotiations
- Overseeing the sales process to the client
- Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and clients
- Researching new potential clients in assigned markets and assessing their potential
- Coordinating matters related to purchasing/selling goods
- Collaborating with the logistics, finance, and administration departments
Requirements:
- Fluent in English – we use it daily in communication with clients and the team. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- Ability to organize your work time independently and effectively
- Goal-oriented with a focus on continuous development
- Highly motivated, creative, and disciplined
- Dynamic and consistent in achieving objectives

- Experience in B2B sales, export, or customer service is welcome
