Acompañar a nuestros residentes en su día a día, evaluando y apoyando sus funciones afectivas, cognitivas y sociales para mejorar su bienestar y calidad de vida.

️ ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

• Realizar valoraciones iniciales y seguimientos individuales.
• Apoyar a los residentes en su adaptación al centro.
• Brindar orientación y apoyo a las familias.
• Preparar y desarrollar actividades para la estimulación cognitiva.
• Resolver conflictos y promover un ambiente de convivencia positivo.

• Formación habilitante en Psicología Sanitaria, cumpliendo una de estas opciones:
• Grado o Licenciatura en Psicología + Certificación autonómica.
• Grado o Licenciatura en Psicología + Máster en Psicología General Sanitaria.
• Grado o Licenciatura en Psicología + Especialidad en Psicología Clínica.

• Realizar la limpieza de los espacios del edificio según el Plan de limpieza e instrucciones establecidas
• Utilizar adecuadamente los materiales, equipos y productos de limpieza, así como los equipos de protección individual (guantes, mascarillas, etc.) (para todos)
• Controlar el stock de los productos de limpieza e informar a la coordinadora de la falta de existencias.
• Apoyar al servicio de cocina en las tareas de fregado de vajillas y utensilios utilizados para el servicio de comidas si procede.
• Cumplimentar los registros de limpieza si procede.
• Informar de las incidencias del día a día asegurando la correcta limpieza del centro.
• En general, realizar todas aquellas actividades no especificadas que se le pidan de acuerdo a su titulación y profesión

The Role

We are seeking a Head of Front-Office Technology & Applications to lead a team responsible for the stability and performance of our trading systems and data platforms. This is a key role, acting as the primary point of contact for traders, ensuring issues are identified and resolved proactively. You will work closely with both trading and technology teams to improve system reliability, optimize performance, and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the trading applications and data platforms, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Be the key contact for traders, working closely to understand pain points and proactively resolve system issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems within the trading stack, escalating to engineering teams where needed.
• Lead and mentor team members responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing trading systems.
• Collaborate across tech teams, ensuring smooth integration between trading engines, order management system, and data platforms.
• Drive automation and process improvement, reducing downtime and optimizing workflows.
• Ensure robust monitoring and alerting, providing traders with real-time insights into system health.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate trading requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Continuously improve system performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  
  

• Strong technical background in trading systems, ideally within a crypto or high-frequency trading environment.
• Deep understanding of trading applications, market connectivity, and real-time data flows.
• Experience with trading system architecture
• Proven leadership experience, managing teams in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly, with a proactive, business-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills, able to bridge the gap between traders and technology teams.
• Familiarity with market data, order management systems, and risk controls is highly desirable.
