Instituto Marketing es el área de formación de la agencia de marketing digital Avidalia. Nuestra propuesta formativa se basa en el método agencia, lo que significa que nuestros profesores no son docentes tradicionales, sino profesionales en activo que trabajan en los proyectos reales de la propia agencia.

Esto nos permite ofrecer programas formativos actualizados, 100 % prácticos y centrados en lo que realmente funciona hoy en día en el entorno digital.

📢 ¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos un perfil proactivo y con ganas de aprender, que quiera vivir de cerca el día a día en una agencia digital en donde pueda adquirir experiencia en gestión de formación y apoyo al marketing.

🗯️ Tus funciones

• Organización y planificación de cursos formativos (agenda, profesorado, alumnos).
• Seguimiento y apoyo a los alumnos durante su formación.
• Búsqueda y gestión de subvenciones formativas.
• Apoyo al área de Marketing, colaborando con el Community Manager en la gestión básica de redes sociales y comunicación digital
  
  
  

• Ser estudiante de Marketing, Comunicación o ADE.
• Imprescindible poder firmar convenio de prácticas con tu universidad o centro de estudios.
• Proactividad, organización y ganas de aprender.
  
  
  

• Prácticas remuneradas(20h/semana, presencial en Barcelona)
• Horario de oficina:
• Lunes a jueves: de 09:00 a 18:00 (con pausa para comer).
• Viernes: de 09:00 a 15:00 (y teletrabajo ese día).
• Horario intensivo en verano
• Ubicación: oficina céntrica en Barcelona(bien comunicada)
• Día libre por tu cumpleaños.
• Equipamiento técnico necesario para que trabajes cómodo/a.
• Planes de crecimiento profesional dentro del Instituto y en la agencia Avidalia.

What you'll do:

• Efficiently assist all members of the team in their departmental tasks.
• Participate in developing and implementing marketing initiatives and communication actions.
• Support in managing digital communication channels.
• Compose and refine written materials for various communication channels.
• Help organise institutional events and scientific conferences.
• Support with the collection and analysis of marketing data to inform strategic decisions.

What we are looking for:

Education required: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master's program in Communication and Marketing, ideally in Scientific Communication or related field.

Knowledge required:

Good foundation in marketing and communication principles.

Familiarity with content creation and social media management.

Basic understanding of event planning.

Familiarity with scientific topics or the scientific community is valued.

Fluency in spoken and written English, Spanish and Catalan is mandatory.

Professional Experience: Previous internships or volunteer work in marketing, communication, or related fields are beneficial, but not required.

What we offer:

Paid internship: 7€/hour

Schedule: Flexible work hours, part-time or full-time options available, with a 2-days/week work-from-home policy, to be coordinated with the department head.

Desired total internship hours: To be determined based on the intern's availability and program requirements, aiming for a minimum of 300 hours for an optimal learning experience.
